Oxygen generators reduce your costs and ensure the continuous supply of oxygen

Oxygen is needed in many areas of industry. An uninterrupted supply of pure oxygen is essential to countless processes. At the same time, generating your own oxygen can significantly reduce your costs. What solutions for sustainable cost savings are still available to your company?

The on-site production of oxygen allows you to reduce your costs significantly and is also a profitable alternative to expensive bottles, bundles and tanks. The investment costs generally pay off after a short period of use. Thanks to the cost-effective generation of oxygen from the ambient air directly at your site, you contribute to the success of your company.

Oxygen production on site also protects you from oxygen shortages and problems with supply as well as the associated supply bottlenecks and production losses. Particularly in remote, hard-to-access areas, it is often not possible to ensure the oxygen supply through the delivery of oxygen. Producing O2 in-house ensures a continuous supply of oxygen at all times, in any quantity you may need and regardless of where you may be in the world.

Inmatec oxygen generators generate oxygen in the requisite quantity with a purity of up to 95%. Thanks to innovative and future-oriented technology, our oxygen generators meet the highest quality standards. Thanks to integrated remote control technology, all operating values can be checked and controlled remotely at any time. This always gives you full security in terms of your oxygen supply and all your production processes.

Oxygen purity

The oxygen purity plays an important role in a wide range of industrial applications. The following overview can serve as orientation for you.

OXYGEN PURITY 93%

Oxygen with a purity of 93% is frequently used in the following areas:

  • Raising fish
  • Drinking water treatment
  • Metal extraction
  • Glass production

OXYGEN PURITY 95%

Oxygen with a purity of 95% is primarily used in the following areas:

  • Use in bioreactors for the manufacture of medication
  • Gold extraction
  • Cutting materials
  • Welding

PSA technology

The oxygen generators from Inmatec produce oxygen using the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. The air from the generator environment is fed into a valve block at the required pressure via a pressure regulator. This automatically presses the air alternately in two adsorption vessels filled with a carbon molecular sieve. Both vessels switch alternately from filter mode to regeneration mode. As a result, the nitrogen and carbon dioxide molecules from the ambient air are bound in the strainer in one vessel, while the strainer regenerates in the other vessel. The oxygen produced in this way is guided into a product vessel and is then available immediately. This process of pressure swing adsorption with parallel phases of adsorption and desorption generates a continuous flow of oxygen.

Using PSA technology, the oxygen generators from Inmatec can produce oxygen in quantities between 0.50 Nm³ and 2,000.00 Nm³ per hour.
