PN KomPact line: Plug and play solution for high level N2 purity with low air factor

Our KomPact line system provides ultra high purity nitrogen at an extremely low cost. The reason for this is the combination of an energy-efficient PN nitrogen generator and an innovative hydrogen catalyst. Mounted on a compact platform with two N2 product vessels, easy installation on site is thus ensured. Immediate commissioning of the system is possible in next to no time without any prior knowledge thanks to automatic purging.

The PN nitrogen generator features novel flow technology combined with innovative vortex technology to ensure increased PSA technology efficiency. As a result, less compressed air is needed to separate the nitrogen molecules from the oxygen molecules.

Small amounts of hydrogen are added to the self-generated nitrogen in the hydrogen catalyst. In this way, the N2 purity is increased from the inexpensively produced 2.5 to 5.5, depending on requirements.

Using the PN KomPact line allows you to produce ultra high purity nitrogen directly on site with much smaller air compressors and very low energy costs.
