H2KAT: Nitrogen purities up to 99.9995% with an air factor from 2.9

The combination of our proven PSA nitrogen generators with our hydrogen catalytic converter enables high energy and cost savings.

For this purpose, very small amounts of hydrogen are added to the self produced nitrogen (99,9%) in the catalyser, thus reducing the residual oxygen. With this newly developed process, pure nitrogen can be produced with much smaller amounts of compressed air.
