Inmatec welcomes 13 new employees at the Herrsching location

The first “New Employee Day” took place at Inmatec on October 1st. The onboarding event brought all new employees together at the headquarters in Herrsching. The aim of the event was to introduce the new employees to the company as part of a company presentation, a company tour and getting to know each other. The "New Employee Day" is part of an induction program lasting several weeks and is to take place twice a year in the future.

Inmatec has seen many changes since the beginning of the year. After the technology company in the industrial gases sector became a subsidiary of Xebec Adsorption Inc. in February 2021 and thus part of a global company network, Dr. Peter Biedenkopf took over the sole management of the company in May. The corona pandemic has led to a significant increase in global demand for oxygen generators, especially in the health sector in many developing countries. At the same time, integration into the group is being pushed ahead and business is being expanded to include numerous other countries. In order to successfully master these challenges, a total of 13 new employees were hired between January and the beginning of October.

In order to give the new employees, some of whom work at different locations in Germany, an overview of the various areas, processes and products of the Xebec Adsorption Inc. group and INMATEC, the day began with a welcome from the superior department heads and a subsequent company presentation by the management. After lunch together, the individual departments and production facilities were presented as part of a company tour.

At the end of the day, the new colleagues had already acquired a lot of knowledge and the interpersonal exhchanges were not neglected either. “An instructive day”, “Exciting tasks await”, “I'm looking forward to the great team”, were just a few of the requests to speak.

The areas that are now supported by the new staff include, in addition to the management, the areas of production and warehouse, sales and marketing, purchasing, after sales, quality management / research and development, accounting, human resources and controlling. The new hires also fill in gaps in many departments that have arisen due to retirement and job changes since the beginning of the year.

Inmatec wishes all new colleagues a successful start and a successful future together!
